Rails
Rails embodies the ease of SoCal and the style of Europe. If you're looking for effortlessly chic, look no further. With soft fabrics, delicate details and a flattering fit, Rails is easy to obsess over.
The Story Behind Rails
It all began aboard the Eurorail, Europe’s famous rail system and Rails’ namesake. During his travels from one cultural capital to the next, founder Jeff Abrams was inspired to design a fashion line. It needed to be Southern California casual, but with a European flair. With no formal training, Abrams started with a simple black hat featuring his logo. To everyone’s surprise, the hat was a success, as was the clothing line that followed.
Since 2008, Rails has been making a name for itself in the fashion industry. With a strong celebrity and influencer following, Rails found success not only in the United States, but around the globe. Travel continues to be a huge source of inspiration and influences many of the patterns and designs you’ll see within the collections.
The Eco Collection
We are proud to introduce our Eco Collection, which features many of our classic products made with recycled and organic materials. We have partnered with some of the world's finest mills to produce eco-friendly fabrics such as BCI certified cotton, organic cotton, and EcoVeroâ„¢ blends. Each season we will be adding more styles to this collection to bring our customers incredible products with an eco-focused approach.
Tencelâ„¢ is a fabric produced from sustainably grown wood and recycled chemicals. It is known to use less water and energy in the process, reducing its environmental impact. Tencelâ„¢ is also biodegradable and compostable.
