We are primarily a retail women’s clothing store in Dallas and Plano Texas and have been in business for 30 years now! We are known for having the best and newest in all things fashionable.
Most of our merchandise sells out very quickly so please bear with us on the availability of certain items.

Payment for online purchases: We now use Paypal! Please follow the instructions upon completion of your order.
May I place an order by phone? Yes! Please call us at the above phone number and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you have any questions regarding sizing, availability, or picking out that perfect present please give us a call!
Do you charge sales tax? Sorry but residents of the great state of Texas must pay sales tax. All shipments sent outside of Texas are tax free.
How will you ship my order and how much will I be charged? Most orders if in stock will ship out within a day or so of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). All domestic shipments are sent UPS GROUND unless you select an alternative. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 5 business days. At this time we are only shipping in the U.S.A. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and all orders must be shipped to the same address as the credit card billing address. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are subject to different shipping charges. What is the return policy?
We want you to love what you purchase from Cotton Island. If for some reason it’s not right, please let us know. We want you to be 100% satisfied. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached. You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 14 days of receipt of purchase. PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Pack and securely seal the box or package with the merchandise and enclose a copy of your original receipt in the package. Make sure we have all of your information so that we may credit your account accordingly. Send the package insured and prepaid to the following address.

Sorry we do not accept C.O.D. returns. We recommend that you insure the return packages that you send. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at cottonisland.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days
