Thank you for shopping small with us! We want you to love what you purchased at Cotton Island! So, here are a few things you need to know about your online order:


  • We charge a flat rate of $10.00 for orders under $150.00
  • Free shipping for orders over $150.00
  • All shipments are sent by USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) unless you select an alternative.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process (we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays) Once your order has been processed you should receive an email with your tracking information.

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy:

  • You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered and with all tags still attached.
  • We do not refund shipping and handling charges on returned items.
  • If we provide you with a return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your return.

Returning Online Orders:

  • Pack and securely seal the box or package with the merchandise and enclose a copy of your return slip or original receipt in the package.
  • Online orders can be returned in-store at either location.
  • Make sure we have all your information so that we may credit your account accordingly.

(Sorry we do not accept C.O.D. returns. We recommend that you insure the return packages that you send. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.)

When will my credit card be refunded?

  • Once your package has been received at, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 1-3 business days (we do not process returns on Saturday, Sunday or holidays)
